SUBPOENA

County District Court a civil subpoena and complete it for service.
We will calculate the proper subpoena
witness fees that must be paid with service of a civil subpoena.

can handle your depositions and copy service contacts that handle any of your legal
copying needs.
What is required to obtain a Minnesota
District Court civil subpoena? A copy of the Notice of Taking Deposition and a notarized
Affidavit of Mailing that states that the Notice of Taking Deposition was sent to the
opposing parties and/or their legal counsel.
