PROCESS:
 Our process servers are trained professionals
that are knowledgeable of all rules of civil process and we are discrete in serving your
documents.
We attempt service within one to two
business days of receipt on all routine services and most are served on the first attempt.
We attempt service of all rush services
immediately upon receipt and we inform you of completion of the service by the next
business day.
We provide field locate services for a
new address if the person or company to be served has moved for prompt completion of your
assignment. We return your Affidavit or Return or Proof of Service form within two
business days after service is completed.
We work closely with our out of Twin
City area process servers and sheriff department professionals for fast and proper
service. We are extremely conscious of your client's costs, so close contact with your
office is maintained concerning all of your service requests.
